At NEM, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator who specialises in motion graphics and live action video content to join our team. You’ll play an essential role in producing engaging, on-brand video content for our clients, working remotely with a dynamic and innovative team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in video editing and content creation, with a knack for storytelling and a keen understanding of social media trends. You should be able to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and consistently meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:Produce high-quality video content from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand tone and client objectives. Collaboration:Work closely with the team to develop creative strategies, concepts, and execution for new projects. Trend Awareness:Stay updated with industry trends and social media nuances to keep content fresh and engaging. Communication:Gather project briefs from clients and ensure clear, timely communication with both clients and team members. Timely Delivery:Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule. Creative Briefs:Develop and submit creative/media briefs for each project, ensuring alignment with client needs. Willingness to learn and growwith the company Own projectsfrom start to finishRequirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Strong proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.). Creative mindset and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail and quality along with typography and design skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and clients. Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection. Must be fluent in English. A good understanding of major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including at least a basic knowledge of algorithms, uses and trends) Strong research skills. You must be scrappy and should be adaptive to speed Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications: Strong portfolio of previous video and content creation work. Interest in Web3 and emerging industries.
