Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Years Coordinator - Cambridge located in Bengaluru. The Primary Years Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with the primary years curriculum, coordinating with teachers and staff, and ensuring a stimulating learning environment for young learners. A Primary Years Coordinator for Cambridge curriculum typically oversees the implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum for primary school students. Here are some key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Curriculum Implementation: Manage and coordinate the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring alignment with school goals and standards. - Teacher Support: Provide training and support to teachers on Cambridge curriculum and best practices. - Assessment and Evaluation: Coordinate assessments, analyze student performance data, and ensure accurate reporting to parents and administrators. - Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Cambridge board, parents, and teachers, ensuring smooth implementation of the curriculum. - Student Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for support.
