Our Work: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic / Thumbnail Designer —you’ll join and grow with us into our core team of AI-powered YouTube creators. Our team creates some of the best content in the Indian tech landscape — we organically reached 10M+ people last year through our own channel ( and we’re doing the same for our clients. Product Ads / Carousels : use visual storytelling to improve headlines and product ads. Data-driven decisions: read analytics (CTR, impressions, A/B tests) and improve creative with evidence. Brand systems: maintain visual consistency (type, color, framing) across series and channels. Speed + quality: deliver same-day options when needed without breaking fundamentals. Collaboration: work tightly with Editors, Writers, and Creators; give and receive crisp feedback. QualificationsProven portfolio of YouTube thumbnails with context (title, niche, what you were solving for). Strong grasp of storytelling, research, and design principles (composition, hierarchy, color, type). Expert in Photoshop (required); familiarity with Illustrator/Figma/After Effects is a plus. Up-to-date on YouTube trends (faces vs. no-faces, subject scale, background simplification, contrast). Comfortable with analytics (CTR, impressions, watch-time interplay) and basic A/B testing workflows. Extreme attention to detail , fast iteration, and self-learning mindset. Clear communication; receptive to feedback and willing to defend choices with reasoning. Any experience running a social account (even personal) is a plus. Nice-to-Have (optional)Title ideation & copywriting aligned to visual promise. Motion thumbnails / subtle GIF loops for Shorts or community posts. Light photography (shooting source images) and basic studio lighting. SEO & packaging: tags, descriptions, and playlist/category thinking.
