We are looking for a highly experienced and visionaryPackaging Designerwith 8-12 years of expertise in branding, structural packaging, materials, and printing processes. This is a strategic and hands-on role based at ourCorporate Office. The rolewill lead design innovation for Dabur’s diverse product portfolio across Ayurveda, Personal Care, Healthcare, Foods and Beverages.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-endpackaging design development– from concept sketches to 3D visualizations, mockups, and final production files. Create premium, functional packaging that aligns withDabur’s brand language , regulatory standards, and user experience expectations. Collaborate with marketing, R&D, operations, and regulatory teams for approvals, iterations, and launch readiness. Develop high-fidelity3D renders ,visual mockups , andfunctional prototypesusingBlender, KeyShot, SolidWorks , and other tools. Select appropriatematerialsbased on performance, sustainability, cost, compatibility, and brand aesthetics – acrossglass, HDPE, PET, aluminum, laminates , andeco-packaging . Specifyprinting techniques(offset, flexo, gravure, screen, digital) andspecial finishes(UV, foil, embossing, varnish) for shelf impact and efficiency. Coordinate directly with vendors, printers, and packaging converters; supervisepress approvalsand production runs. Manageclient interactions ,internal reviews , and externaldesign/branding agenciesfor timely execution. Keep track of global design trends, material innovations, and competitor benchmarks to propose strategic design enhancements. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the packaging design knowledge base. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (Product/Industrial/Packaging Design) from top-tier institutions (e.g., NID, IIT, NIFT, or equivalent). Minimum8-12 years of experienceinProduct and branding design , preferably in FMCG or personal care industries. Expert-level proficiency in3D software :Blender, KeyShot, SolidWorks , along withAdobe Creative Suite . In-depth understanding ofprinting processes ,materials ,packaging engineering , andmockup development workflows .Preferred Skills Familiarity withsustainable packaging ,mono-material designs , andeco-compliance . Experience withautomated filling/packaging linesand industrial design constraints.
