In this role, you'll create informative and engaging content that helps build connections with our customers and drives our business goals. Responsibilities Create original content for articles, blogs, product descriptions, and company websites. Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the company standards for accuracy and style (company-wide style guide). Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop original content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout. Optimize content according to SEO guidelines. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users' engagement metrics. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic. Stay updated with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field. Proven content writing or copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work. Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content. Working knowledge of content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. Basic understanding of SEO practices and techniques. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
