This strategic role combines learning product management with hands-on training delivery for Trianz products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technology acumen, capable of quickly mastering our product suite while building scalable learning solutions supporting our globalization agenda..Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Program DevelopmentLearning Product Management Partner with Engineering and Services teams to design certifications and learning modules for Trianz products Design automation solutions including chatbots and rule-based systems for go-to-market strategy Build robust vendor networks and conduct buy-vs-build analyses for scaling requirements Create multilingual documentation portals and global Partner cast deliveryProduct & Feature Training Delivery Conduct live product and feature training sessions for Partners and Customers globally Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Sales Enablement teams to align training with business objectives Design technical onboarding programs, certification paths, and competency assessments Create engaging training content across eLearning, microlearning, virtual labs, and instructor-led sessionsInternal Technology Learning Leadership Partner with leadership to create technology learning ecosystems for employees Design technical roadmaps for campus hires focusing on accelerated time-to-productivity Manage teams of client partners and instructional designers with clear KPIs Implement innovative learning strategies: gamification, simulations, microlearning Build global training partner networks and community platforms Design analytics solutions providing learning performance insights and ROIRequired SkillsCore Expertise 12-15 years mandatory experience in B2B product companies (SaaS, cloud technology, enterprise software) Self-starter with strong technology acumen - ability to quickly master Trianz products and associated technologies Executive partnership skills - connect with senior leadership and proactively anticipate learning requirements Senior client engagement - manage high-stakes relationships and conduct C-level presentationsTechnical Proficiency AWS Cloud Certification Required - Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner, or Developer Associate Expert proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Advanced LMS experience ex: Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo) AI-powered learning solutions: chatbots, automated content generation, personalized learningStrategic & Operational Robust vendor network management with buy-vs-build expertise for scaling Advanced Agile/Scrum project management and cross-functional coordination Team leadership experience managing client partners and instructional designers Strong analytics skills with executive reporting capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field Industry certifications: CPTD, APTD, ATD, PMP, AWS/Google Cloud Training Partner Experience conducting product training for external partners and customers Global program leadership across multiple geographiesWhat Makes This Role UniqueThis position combines strategic learning product management with hands-on training delivery.
