We are building a platform to transform K12 education by empowering teachers, supporting schools, and helping students learn faster and better.We’ve already seen incredible early traction and are building something meaningful to transform education with AI.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CTO at TeachBetter.ai. The CTO will be involved in the day-to-day development of the AI platform, collaborating with the team to drive innovation and product advancement. While investment is not mandatory, it will help to ensure skin in the game and also get a decent share of equity.Qualifications Full-stack development experience mandatory (Python, FastAPI, AWS, PostGreSQL, AI Models, RAG, NextJS, etc.) Experience working with AI models Ability to build tech products hands-on Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication abilities Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Experience in education technology, or related fields Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
