We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to strengthen our APAC operations, focusing particularly on the Australia staffing market. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Australia(ANZ). • Develop account strategies to expand business with existing clients and explore new opportunities. • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions. • Conduct client mining to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Work with global clients and ensure smooth communication across time zones. • Understand client requirements and align business strategies to meet demands. • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and delivery excellence. • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account management. Requirements • 6–10 years of total experience in IT staffing & recruitment. • Minimum of 2–3 years as an Account Manager handling clients independently. • Strong exposure to the APAC market, with proven experience in the Australia staffing business. • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and working with global companies. • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexibly based on client and business demands. • Proven track record in client mining and business development within existing accounts. Preferred Skills • Strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented approach. • Team management and leadership experience. • Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and market trends in the APAC-ANZ region. • High adaptability, quick learning capability, and strong problem-solving skills. Location & Timings Location : Onsite within Australia time working arrangements. Timings : Should be flexible to align with Australian business hours and client schedules.
