Job Summary: We are currently hiring for an Executive – E-Commerce Advertising who will manage advertising and promotional campaigns across leading online marketplaces. The role requires someone who understands how digital ads influence buying behaviour and can optimise campaigns for visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing sponsored ads, display campaigns, and promotions while working closely with product, design, and marketing teams. A keen eye for detail, the ability to read data, and a problem-solving mindset are essential here. This role provides the flexibility of remote or hybrid work, while ensuring you stay connected with teams for smooth coordination and reporting. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, and ensure effective ROI. Collaborate with design and content teams to create ad creatives. Optimise listings, keywords, and bids to improve product visibility. Conduct competitor analysis and market research for campaign strategy. Share regular performance reports and suggest actionable improvements. Work with product teams on offers, promotions, and inventory planning. Explore new advertising formats and opportunities to maximise results. Primary Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising platforms and campaign management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. Knowledge of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation. Proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking tools. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
