We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to help us sharpen our voice, craft bold campaigns, and grow Rugfreaks into a cultural movement. This isn’t a typical branding role. We want someone with curiosity, drive, and the hunger to learn fast, while shaping a brand from the ground up. As a Brand Strategist at Rugfreaks, you’ll work directly with the founder and creative team, gaining hands-on exposure to what it takes to build a lifestyle brand from scratch. You’ll learn how to solve real branding challenges, connect with audiences, and execute strategies that leave an impact. What the job involves:Work closely with the founder – Shape Rugfreaks’ brand voice, positioning, and storytelling. Campaigns – Design and execute creative campaigns across social media, influencer collaborations, and partnerships. Research – Identify cultural shifts and consumer trends that Rugfreaks can capitalise on. Growth – Craft strategies to boost engagement and community loyalty. Execute strategy – Turn brand ideas into action through visuals, copy, collaborations, and drops. Swiss Army Knife – Help out wherever is most impactful — from copywriting to brainstorming content hooks. Requirements:You’re obsessed with culture — from design trends to memes and digital-first storytelling. Background in marketing, branding, or communications (consumer/lifestyle brands a big plus). You move fast — thrive in creative, high-growth environments. You’re a storyteller — able to shape brand ideas into campaigns that resonate with Gen Z.
