Job Description

Job overview Advantech is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our team in India (Bangalore). In this role, you will manage and optimize our B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless operations, driving online sales growth, and integrating marketing strategies across digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform experience and deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities 1, Platform & Product Management 2. Order & Customer Operations Manage Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) operations, including adding, editing, listing, and delisting products. Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and inventory levels. Create and manage promotions, campaigns, and discounts to support sales objectives. Monitor platform functionality and collaborate with IT to implement improvements and resolve issues. Oversee the full order lifecycle: check stock availability, verify payments, process refunds, and track shipments. Provide first-line technical and operational support for online customers. Support “online-to-offline” (O2O) strategies connecting eCommerce with physical sales channels. Re-engage dormant accounts and long-tail customers through personalized campaigns. 3. Sales Growth & Marketing Integration Supervise marketing campaigns on the eCommerce platform, including product launches, seasonal sales, and targeted promotions. Trigger and manage email marketing initiatives, including automated workflows and newsletters. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Collaborate with marketing to create cross-channel strategies integrating eCommerce, social media, and paid advertising. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track and report sales figures, customer engagement metrics, and campaign performance. Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities. Conduct A/B testing on product pages, pricing strategies, and promotions. 5. Project Ownership & Process Improvement Act as Project Manager / Owner for eCommerce-related platform developments and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, integrations, and enhancements. Develop and execute plans to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates. What You Will Need Proven experience managing B2B eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred). Strong understanding of online sales operations, digital marketing integration, and customer life cycle management. Experience managing promotions, pricing strategies, and product catalogs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams. Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines. Qualifications 3–6 years in B2B eCommerce operations (platform + order lifecycle). Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) hands-on (catalog, pricing, promotions, content, basic admin). End‑to‑end order ops: payments, refunds/returns, shipment tracking, ticketing/first‑line support. Digital marketing integration: email automation, campaigns, basic SEO/merchandising, UTM tracking. Analytics orientation: GA4/Adobe or SF dashboards; A/B tests; funnel & cohort analysis.
