This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering innovative brand solutions that create measurable impact. You will head the Client Experience & Brand Solutions team, ensuring seamless client servicing, revenue growth, and exceptional delivery across marquee projects. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Brand Solutions & Strategy: Partner with clients to understand business objectives and design innovative, customized brand solutions and experiential campaigns. • Client Experience Leadership: Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships with leading automotive and lifestyle brands. • Business Growth: Drive account growth and new business development through strategic pitches, proposals, and relationship building. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Client Experience & Brand Solutions team; instill a culture of agility, ownership, and client-first thinking. • Financial Stewardship: Oversee account-level P&L, revenue targets, billing cycles, and profitability across projects. • Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, events, and automotive industry to proactively bring fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to clients. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in client servicing, brand solutions, or business development within events, advertising, or experiential marketing (automotive experience preferred). • Proven track record in leading key accounts, driving revenue, and delivering large-scale B2B projects. • Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and storytelling abilities. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for creating meaningful brand experiences. ⸻ Why Join Us?
