Position - Lead Compensation & Benefits Location: New Delhi Reporting to: Head - Talent Management & HRBP Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Fintech in the Indian credit markets (Corporate Lending, Real Estate, Digital Consumer Finance, Affordable Housing & AIFs), is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to drive the C&B, HR Operations, and Compliance portfolio. What You’ll Do: Lead Compensation & Benefits strategy, HR operations, payroll & compliance across group companies. Drive annual compensation review, AIP management, budgeting, and workforce planning . Oversee payroll (100% accuracy, statutory compliance, audits, F&F, tax filings) . Manage ESOPs, insurance programs, HRMS modules, and benefits communication . Benchmark compensation trends and implement progressive C&B practices . Partner with HR, Finance & business leaders to design and roll out innovative reward programs. What We’re Looking For: 9-15 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (fintech/financial services preferred, but open industry). Strong knowledge of ESOP management & administration (MANDATORY) Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and analytics. Master’s degree (HR preferred).
