Job Role:As a Customer Care Intern, you will reach out to potential car drivers, explain UDrivo’s temporary driver jobs, and help them submit their details through our webpage form or WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities:Call potential drivers and explain UDrivo’s services. Guide drivers to submit their information online or via WhatsApp. Verify driver details and follow up if necessary. Maintain records of driver onboarding. Ensure a professional and friendly experience for drivers. Skills & Requirements:Fluency in theregional language of the city you apply for(see list below). Good communication and phone skills. Ability to explain services clearly. Basic computer skills (using forms, WhatsApp, Google Sheets). Self-motivated and target-oriented.
