About the Role As a Service Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring seamless after-sales support by coordinating installations, troubleshooting, and service visits for motorized blinds and window automation systems . You will act as the bridge between dealers and service technicians , ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Act as the primary contact between dealers and service technicians. Diagnose and resolve issues related to blinds and automation systems. Maintain service records, reports, and documentation . Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols. Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians. Collaborate with sales and project teams for smooth handovers. Monitor and manage inventory of service tools and spare parts . Key Requirements Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering . Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or technical support. Familiarity with motorized blinds, automation systems, or similar electrical products . Ability to read technical drawings & wiring diagrams . Proficient in MS Office and service management tools.
