The Hospitality Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing reservations and bookings, coordinating with clients, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role involves working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for all clients and guests. Key responsibilities: 1. Greet every visitor like they are walking into a sanctuary of strength 2. Manage check-ins, appointments, and quick inquiries 3. Recognize serious clients and fast-track them to sales 4. Maintain visual perfection at the entrance, lounge, and waiting areas 5. Help during internal events, workshops, and meets 6. Update simple client information and feedback points in CRM 7.
