JOB TITLE: SALES JOB LOCATION: FARIDABAD, NEW DELHI Job Summary: The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the beauty and cosmetics industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the makeup manufacturing process and the ability to articulate our value proposition to potential clients, ranging from emerging indie brands to established beauty companies. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential clients (beauty brands, entrepreneurs, influencers) who require third-party makeup manufacturing services. Generate new leads through various channels, including industry events, online research, networking, and cold outreach. Conduct initial outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience from initial contact to project completion. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our manufacturing capabilities. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Collaborate closely with the production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the beauty and cosmetics manufacturing sector. Provide feedback to the internal teams on market demands and client preferences to help shape product development and service offerings. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
