Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creatively-driven Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of archVi’s social media presence. This role goes beyond just posting—it’s about planning, creating, executing, and managing content that drives brand engagement, builds community, and positions archVi as a thought leader in real estate marketing. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Align content strategy with marketing goals, product updates, campaigns, and launches. Content Creation & Execution Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create compelling posts, reels, stories, and videos. Write sharp, engaging copies for posts, captions, and campaign creatives. Coordinate shoots or source assets from internal teams when needed. Channel Management Own end-to-end management of social platforms: posting, scheduling, responding, monitoring. Track engagement, reach, performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Stay updated with platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly. Brand Voice & Positioning Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms. Create engaging ways to showcase our services, culture, client success stories, and innovations. Collaborations & Growth Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups (B2B), or partnerships to grow reach. Explore community-building activities through LinkedIn groups, DMs, polls, and interactive content. Requirements: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management (agency or brand side). Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ecosystems. Hands-on experience with content planning, creative briefing, and scheduling tools (like Buffer, Later, Notion, etc.) Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
