To fuel our international expansion, we are strengthening our business development team.Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience in international staffing and IT consultancy sales . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating sales pipelines, generating sales funnels, nurturing leads, and successfully closing deals . The role demands strong proficiency in using data mining and lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator , along with Zoho CRM (or similar platforms) for client management. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, requiring availability during US Eastern or Pacific time zones .Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients across US, Canada, Australia, and Europe in staffing and IT consulting domains. Mine and generate relevant leads using tools like Apollo.io, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Develop and manage sales pipelines and funnels, ensuring consistent deal flow. Nurture relationships with prospects through effective follow-ups and convert them into long-term clients. Maintain all client communication, pipeline updates, and reporting in Zoho CRM . Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability on placements/projects. Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to maximize client satisfaction and retention. KPIs & Performance Expectations Client Acquisition: Minimum 2–3 new clients per month. Revenue Targets: Generate ₹25–40 lakhs ($30k–$50k) annualized revenue within the first 6 months. Lead Generation: Maintain a pipeline of 30–40 qualified leads per quarter. Conversion Rate: Minimum 20% lead-to-client conversion ratio. Client Retention: At least 80% repeat business/renewals from acquired clients. CRM Discipline: 100% logging of activities, follow-ups, and communications in Zoho CRM. Requirements 3–7 years of experience in international business development for staffing or IT consultancy (India-based experience mandatory). Proven track record in sales pipeline creation, lead nurturing, and deal closures. Proficiency with tools like Apollo.io, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM (or similar platforms). Availability to work US Eastern/Pacific time zone shifts from the Delhi office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen with ability to maintain profitability and margins .
