We're Hiring "Senior Associate Customer Success" About the Job As a Senior Associate Customer Success , you will act as the key liaison between the company and our clients. You will manage high-value relationships, ensure client satisfaction, oversee engagement strategies, and support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions. This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries. Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences. Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients. Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention. Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements. Mentor and support junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences. Nice to Have Experience working in HR tech or advertising technology. Previous experience in a client-facing role with high-growth or startup environments.
