Position Overview We are looking for a Data-driven Product Manager with strong analytical skills and product sensibilities to drive strategy for our data, platforms and insights products. This role requires the ability to understand complex data workflows, design evaluation frameworks (including AI evaluations), and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product roadmap across data platforms, reporting, and analytics products. Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, quality, and usability for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and program teams to requirements for scalable data architectures and pipelines. Drive product decisions based on quantitative analysis, user feedback, and business impact. Data Analysis & Insights Write and review SQL/Python queries to explore datasets, validate models, and monitor performance. Create dashboards and reports to track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and system performance. Define and run evaluation frameworks (including AI model evaluations) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and fairness in data products. Identify data quality issues and collaborate with engineering to implement monitoring and resolution strategies. Stakeholder Management Partner with business, program, and operations teams to gather requirements and prioritize use cases. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build intuitive data exploration and visualization experiences. Work closely with engineering to define technical requirements, schema changes, and acceptance criteria. Present product insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Domain and Behavioural Understand data workflows across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers. Analyse competitive landscape and industry best practices in data platforms and AI evaluation. Strong ownership and accountability mindset with the ability to work hands-on in data-heavy environments. Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to data-heavy workflows such as analytics, reporting, and insights. Strong skills in SQL, databases, and ETL/ELT processes; familiarity with Python a plus. Experience in product evaluation and measurement (metrics, benchmarks, experimentation). Proven ability to translate data analysis into product strategy and execution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse technical and business stakeholders.
