Company Description We are an aeronautical consulting company supporting customers in implementing quality standards and processes. Our customers are airlines, MRO or manufacturing companies. We specialize in the implementation of the lean manufacturing related standards: six sigma approach, APQP, SQCDP and related processes. We also provide our customers with CAR 145 and CAR 21 certification dossier preparation, implementation and follow-up. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Aeronautical Quality Manager located in New Delhi. The Aeronautical Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality at one MRO, providing support in obtaining CAR21 certification, making sure that the quality processes are being implemented. He will also ensures that the MRO identified suppliers are selected based on the aeronautical quality requirements, and that the relevant processes are implemented at the suppliers, from the drawing requirement to the final product, eventually using APQP functionalities, as defined with the customer. Eventually, he will perform internal audits Qualifications Expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Control Minimum Five Years Experience in Quality Assurance and ensuring adherence to quality standards in an Airline, MRO or Manufacturer (Aeronautics related) Skills in managing Product Quality and implementing quality management systems Strong knowledge of CAR 145, Part M, CAR 21 and CAR 66 requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (5 why, Ishikawa) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Autonomous Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field is required Additional qualifications are a plus (Auditor training, Six Sigma)
