We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Buying (Kids Wear) Location: Bengaluru (Onsite – 5 Days) Compensation: 25–30 LPA Experience: 10+ Years Are you a seasoned Buying professional with deep expertise in the Kids Wear / Boys Wear segment? This is your chance to curate, plan, and drive assortments that resonate with consumers across online and offline retail formats . As our Senior Manager – Buying , you’ll own the end-to-end buying function for boys wear , ensuring the right product mix, price points, and timing to maximize sales and profitability . What You’ll Be Doing: Driving the buying strategy for the boys wear category. Planning assortments using consumer insights, trend analysis & sales performance . Partnering with design & merchandising teams to build relevant, brand-aligned collections. Leading supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and margins. Reviewing sell-through & inventory health to make agile buying decisions. Delivering a compelling product offering across e-commerce & offline stores . What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of buying/merchandising experience (kids wear/boys wear preferred). Proven exposure to both online & offline retail formats . Strong track record of building profitable assortments & driving category growth . Excellent vendor management & negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with a strong sense of fashion & consumer behaviour . Based in or open to relocating to Bengaluru .
