Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Data Analyst at Eternz. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, data modeling, and statistical analysis. You will also be involved in communicating insights and findings to stakeholders. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Lead data analysis efforts across product, marketing, operations, and finance teams Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs Use Mixpanel and similar analytics platforms to analyze customer journeys , funnels , and product flows Derive actionable insights to optimize customer experience and product engagement Work closely with stakeholders to understand and measure business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost metrics Collaborate with product teams to evaluate feature performance and recommend enhancements Own and improve data pipelines, queries, and data infrastructure Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and contribute to strategic planning Qualifications 4–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech Strong expertise in SQL Hands-on experience with Mixpanel (or similar tools) for analyzing product and user behavior Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, retention , and conversion metrics Familiarity with business finance and ability to interpret financial data in the context of operations Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) High attention to detail, ownership, and a bias for action Nice to Have Background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics What is in it for you Very high ownership role in a fast-paced environment Closely work with the founder & a super passionate team of people in building Eternz Competitive salary commensurate Fast career growth & appraisals A dynamic and collaborative work environment- No hierarchy/Politics!
