We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion P2P – Service Engineer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay modules. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing P2P functionality while ensuring operational excellence and timely resolution of system issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, process knowledge, and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion P2P modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables. Implement best practices for procurement, supplier management, and payment processes. Ensure application integrity, performance, and compliance with business requirements. Act as the first point of contact for P2P-related incidents, performing initial diagnosis and troubleshooting. Triage, prioritize, and route issues to appropriate support teams while ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with application managers and implementation teams for system enhancements and change requests. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for P2P incident management. Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP (P2P). Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications within the P2P domain. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and accounts payable workflows. Configuration and maintenance experience with Oracle Fusion ERP systems. Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
