Role Overview We are looking for an Accounts Manager with strong experience in financial management and industry-specific accounting for an Interior Design firm. The role involves handling end-to-end accounts, taxation, reconciliations, vendor management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage P&L reconciliation, balance sheet, sales & purchase reconciliations. Oversee billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections. Handle TDS, GST compliance, and statutory filings. Ensure accurate financial reporting and MIS preparation. Use data analytics for cost control, profitability, and project tracking. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams for smooth operations. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred). 4+ years’ experience in accounting & finance (preferably Interior/Construction industry). Strong knowledge of taxation, reconciliations, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks). Analytical mindset with strong communication & vendor management skills.
