To build and strengthen our superpower, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional VP- Business Development Experience:- 10+ Years Location:- Bangalore Responsibilities : Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including business leaders, CFOs, and CAs, to promote our tax and compliance solutions. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial and regulatory requirements. GST Compliance Solutions: Lead business development efforts specifically for GST compliance software and related tax technology solutions, leveraging prior experience in this domain. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships. Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance trends to effectively position our solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions. Product Knowledge: Exposure to tax compliance softwares and regulatory frameworks. Finance Background: Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks. Experience in selling financial technology solutions. Established network within the finance and accounting industry. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial software, tax automation tools, and compliance platforms. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell to senior executives, business leaders, and finance professionals. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
