Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to manage day-to-day administrative, operational, and strategic support functions. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with leadership and gain exposure across various verticals including legal, finance, operations, and marketing. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate and follow up on meetings with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Track daily tasks and projects using Zoho Task and other tools Manage email communications on behalf of the Director Oversee delegation of tasks to staff and review updates; collect and analyze MIS reports Draft, review, and organize legal documents and internal files Liaise with vendors for invoicing, procurement, and negotiations Assist in managing marketing and social media presence, including professional profiles Communicate with government departments and officials as needed Conduct research, compile reports, and support strategic planning Provide logistical support for events, travel, and client meetings Support content development and editorial work for publications and special projects Who You Are 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Proficient in MS Office, Zoho Task, and email management tools Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Dependable, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive information A fast learner and team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment What We Offer Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives Fast-paced and collaborative work culture Opportunities to grow across legal, finance, and consulting functions A supportive environment for learning, contribution, and professional development
