Role Description Develop and execute brand identities, packaging solutions, and creative campaigns  that align with strategic objectives. Apply design thinking  to craft innovative, user-centric solutions and compelling narratives. Create high-quality illustrations, typography-led designs, and visual assets  with attention to detail and originality. Lead projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills  while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prepare and deliver presentations  that clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and clients. Core Skill Required Strong expertise in branding, packaging, illustration, and typography . Ability to ideate, conceptualise, and present design strategies and campaigns . Proven leadership qualities  with the ability to guide junior designers. Excellent collaboration skills  with both creative and strategy teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and related tools. Preferred Skills Understanding of UI/UX design principles  and design systems. Skills in motion design/animation  for digital platforms.
