Key Responsibilities Define and lead the technology vision & strategy for the company or group. Act as a co-founder , contributing to business planning, fundraising, and strategic growth. Build and manage engineering & product teams across domains. Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and innovative products . Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, AR/VR, IoT, Drones, ERP, etc.) and drive adoption where relevant. Collaborate with CEOs, co-founders, and business heads to align tech strategy with business goals. Establish best practices in DevOps, security, data privacy, and compliance . Represent the company in investor meetings, client discussions, and industry forums . Who We Are Looking For Proven experience as a CTO / Tech Lead / Senior Engineering Leader in a startup or scaling organization. Strong background in software architecture, product development, and team leadership . Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership as a co-founder . Hands-on experience with full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, or industry-specific technologies . Ability to attract, hire, and inspire top technical talent . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion to build global products from India and scale them internationally.
