We specialize in heavy-duty men’s denim, detailed embroidery, and contemporary fashion tailored for the modern consumer.Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in men’s denim with strong expertise in embroidery design and merchandising . Success in this role means designing unique, trend-forward denim styles that align with DL935’s brand DNA, while also ensuring market relevance and commercial viability. This role is integral to shaping the next phase of our brand’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualise and design men’s denim collections with a focus on embroidery and stitch innovation.Develop unique back-pocket arcuates, embroidery motifs, and trims that distinguish the brand.Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure designs resonate with current and upcoming fashion directions.Collaborate with the merchandising team to align designs with consumer demand and sales goals .Prepare tech packs, CADs, and design briefs for sampling and production.Oversee sampling process and ensure product quality aligns with brand standards.Support in creating seasonal mood boards, presentations, and product storytelling for buyers/distributors.Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.2–4 years of experience in men’s denim or streetwear-focused brands (embroidery design experience is a must).Strong knowledge of denim washes, stitches, embroidery techniques, and trims .Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).Excellent understanding of merchandising and market trends in premium denim.Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Why Join Us?At DL935, you’ll have the opportunity to push creative boundaries while working hands-on with denim innovation.
