Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing and dispatch (B2B & B2C) , production planning , inventory management , and coordination with vendors, dyers, and accounts teams . The role requires strong ownership, accuracy, and organisational skills to ensure smooth execution across the entire production cycle. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end processing of B2B & B2C orders and plan timely dispatches. Create detailed production sheets with colour swatches and order-specific requirements. Maintain and circulate daily production updates to the team. Oversee production planning and scheduling with internal teams. Coordinate closely with dyers, vendors, and suppliers for accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain sampling and production stock , sharing regular inventory updates with the team. Ensure accurate tagging, barcoding, and MRP labelling for all orders. Cross-check orders and ensure correct paperwork with the accounts team . Manage packing, scheduling, and dispatch for all shipments. Proactively communicate updates or delays with internal team. Qualifications Degree/diploma in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or related fields . Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion merchandising. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with order tracking. Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills . Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and organised .
