About Us: CureAble is a healthcare organization dedicated to supporting children with Autism, Developmental Delays, ADHD, and other special needs. We provide home-based and center-based therapy services across Delhi-NCR with a compassionate, professional approach. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Delhi-NCR Salary Range: Starting salary 40k Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify developmental, sensory, and motor needs of children. Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists for a holistic therapy approach. Guide and counsel parents regarding therapy progress and home activities. Maintain accurate progress records and reports for each child. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). Experience in pediatric therapy (especially with special needs children) preferred. Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
