Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Executive (BDE) Work Mode: Remote / Work from Anywhere (India) Employer: IT Solutions Experts (SaaS – LMS/ERP/CRM) ⚠️ Mandatory Eligibility Applicants must have completed 10th & 12th under the CBSE Board . Preference to candidates with prior LMS/EdTech SaaS experience (e.g., Edmingle, EduGorilla, Classplus , or similar). Role Snapshot Be the front line of our growth engine. As an SDR/BDE, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers—schools, colleges, coaching institutes, universities, and corporate L&D teams—for our Learning Management System (LMS) . You’ll run multi-channel outreach, book discovery meetings/demos, and build a healthy pipeline that converts into revenue. Key Responsibilities (Area & What You’ll Do) Prospecting & Lead Gen Research target accounts (education institutions, coaching centers, training companies, universities, corporate L&D). Run multi-channel outreach : cold calls, WhatsApp, email sequences, LinkedIn (InMail/Sales Navigator), webinars/events. Build and maintain a robust top-of-funnel pipeline . Qualification & Handover/Closing Conduct discovery calls to understand needs (enrollments, content delivery, analytics, payments, mobile app, integrations). Use qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC-lite ) to qualify opportunities. Set up demos with Product Specialists / AEs, or close SMB deals end-to-end when applicable. Demo Support & Follow-ups Coordinate calendars, share collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies), and ensure timely follow-ups . Maintain accurate notes, next steps, and forecast updates in the CRM. Market Intelligence Track competitor moves (pricing, features, bundles) and share insights with Marketing & Product. Suggest playbooks, scripts, and outreach experiments to improve conversion rates. Reporting & Hygiene Own daily activity metrics (calls/emails/demos set), weekly pipeline creation, and monthly qualified revenue targets. Keep CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) clean and current at all times. Desired Profile Education Mandatory: CBSE schooling (10th & 12th). Graduate/Postgraduate preferred (any stream). Experience 0–3+ years in SaaS/EdTech sales , inside sales, or B2B demand generation. Strong plus if you’ve worked with LMS or education SaaS (Edmingle, EduGorilla, Classplus, Teachmint, etc.). Skills Excellent spoken & written English and Hindi ; confident on phone/video. Proven cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach ability. CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), Google Workspace/Excel; basic understanding of sales funnels & KPIs . Clear articulation of product value (ROI, adoption, outcomes) and ability to tailor the pitch per segment (school vs. coaching vs. university vs. corporate). Personality Hunter mindset: target-driven, resilient, persuasive , and coachable. Organized, process-oriented , and comfortable with experimentation (A/B tests, new scripts, cadences). Ethical, customer-centric , and collaborative. Compensation Structure Fixed Salary Competitive base ; linked to a minimum revenue/qualified-pipeline target. Performance Model No fixed working hours —plan your own schedule. You must deliver the agreed revenue (or qualified pipeline) per cycle ; whether you achieve it in 1 week or 1 month is up to you.
