Role Overview: The Senior Executive – Performance Marketing drives Deakin’s digital lead generation and campaign optimisation for Deakin University’s campus in India. The role manages performance-driven marketing across paid, social, and owned channels, ensuring all initiatives align with Deakin’s brand guidelines and business objectives. This position focuses on customer acquisition, campaign ROI, and digital brand presence, collaborating with marketing, communications, and academic teams to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities: Paid media campaigns – Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, and display to drive student enquiries and enrolments. 2.Prospect Nurturing – Implement email and WhatsApp workflows to nurture prospective students and guide them through to application and enrolment. 3. Campaign Optimisation – Monitor, analyse, and refine campaign performance using Google/Adobe Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM data to maximise recruitment outcomes. 4. Website and CRM Integration – Manage landing pages, website content, and CRM workflows to enhance enquiry capture and applicant experience. sights and Reporting – Produce regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and student conversion rates. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. •Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a focus on paid media or lead acquisition. •Proven ability to plan and manage campaigns with budgets of ₹50 lakh – ₹1 crore, achieving measurable ROI. •Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email, WhatsApp, and remarketing strategies. •Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LeadSquared CRM, excel, and email automation tools. •Experience optimising landing pages, websites, and lead workflows for improved conversion. •Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. •Strong communication, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple campaigns. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and with external agencies. •Prior experience in the education sector (preferred but not essential).
