The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about wellness and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage the Panchakarma spa’s front desk, phone lines, email correspondence, treatment room management, and appointment booking system. Provide detailed information on spa treatments, services, and retail products. Coordinate daily schedules for therapists and ensure smooth workflow. Handle client check-in/check-out, billing, and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and relaxation spaces. Manage inventory of Ayurvedic spa products and supplies; assist with ordering and restocking. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and membership sales. Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or wellness is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment. Proficiency in booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Passion for wellness and client service. Work Environment: Fast-paced, client-focused environment. May include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
