Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential students and parents through calls, emails, social media, and events. Present Medway’s courses and career programs clearly and persuasively to drive enrollments. Track, manage, and nurture leads through CRM and follow-ups. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional strategies. Represent Medway at webinars, educational fairs, and outreach activities. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Ensure smooth onboarding and provide support to enrolled students when required. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 0–1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers welcome). Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Goal-driven and comfortable working with targets. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms is an advantage.
