This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Account Manager – Travel Sales . The person in this role will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building and managing relationships with corporate clients, and expanding in the business travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segment. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new corporate leads through research, networking, and outbound efforts. • Fix appointments and conduct meetings with key decision-makers in corporate accounts. • Pitch company's travel solutions and tailor offerings for corporate clients. • Manage existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business. • Drive sales growth in the B2B and MICE segments. • Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to deliver customized travel solutions. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches. • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet defined targets. Qualifications & Requirements: • Must-have: Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 1 year). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to negotiate and close deals with senior-level stakeholders. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. • Good-to-have: Prior experience in the MICE segment (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions). • Strong background in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and corporate client acquisition.
