About the Role: As the Inbound Marketing Manager (SEO) at FPGrowth you’ll be the driving force behind search-led growth for our SaaS clients. You’ll lead a skilled team of SEO analysts, shape smart strategies, and run AI-powered SEO campaigns from start to finish. With strong knowledge of the changing search world, from Google SGE to generative AI and automation, you’ll help boost visibility and speed up organic growth for our partners. You’ll also work closely with content, web, data, and product teams, making sure every digital touchpoint follows SEO best practices and supports business goals. Location: Delhi (Janakpuri) - In Office Experience: 8+ years (non-trainee roles only) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred Work Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM IST (with flexibility for client calls) Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO analysts & specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in AI-powered tools and workflows. AI-Driven SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine data-driven, AI-augmented SEO strategies tailored for SaaS clients, optimizing for Google's evolving SGE and the changing nature of SERPs due to generative AI. Content Optimization for SaaS Growth: Work with content and product marketing teams to ideate and optimize content that leverages E-E-A-T principles, real-user data, and entity-based SEO approaches. Guide the creation of AI-generated content while ensuring compliance with quality and ethical standards. Advanced Technical SEO Oversight: Lead comprehensive technical audits using advanced SEO and automation tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Enterprise SEO Suites). Oversee crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema, and ensure SaaS websites meet the latest accessibility and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Modern Link Building & Digital PR: Build authoritative, high-quality backlink profiles through digital PR, SaaS partner programs, and outreach strategies, leveraging generative AI tools to identify opportunities and trends. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Build custom dashboards, leverage GA4, Looker Studio, GSC, and third-party APIs for real-time analytics. Use AI-driven insight tools to surface trends, attribution, and ROI on SEO efforts, driving actionable recommendations for improvement. Cross-Channel Collaboration: Ensure SEO alignment with paid search, CRO, social, and product-led growth strategies. Serve as the SEO voice in cross-functional SaaS acquisition and activation initiatives. AI and Automation Integration: Identify and implement new AI/ML-powered tools, large language models, and automation scripts to enhance workflow, reporting, and SEO experimentation. Competitor & Market Intelligence: Monitor SaaS SEO competitors and search trends. Use predictive analysis and AI to anticipate and capitalize on emerging SaaS market opportunities. SEO in Product-Led Growth: Provide guidance on SEO in product onboarding, in-app search, and user journey flows to increase organic activation and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including leading digital teams in SaaS or B2B tech environments. Proven success with AI-powered and automation-first SEO approaches and experience adapting to major algorithm and SERP shifts (e.g., Google SGE, generative AI content). Expertise using enterprise SEO suites (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, DeepCrawl, Sitebulb, etc.), with a strong grasp of custom analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and API integrations. Advanced technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, headless CMSes, and web privacy compliance. Demonstrated track record in launching programmatic and AI-generated content, E-E-A-T amplification, and advanced link building campaigns for SaaS. Experience integrating SEO with product, content, and growth marketing teams (including PLG environments). Proficiency with markup languages (HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals) and version control systems (Git). Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Basecamp, or similar). Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Certifications in SEO, GA4, Google Ads, or AI/ML platforms are a strong plus. A Day in the Life Might Involve: Leading a morning sync with your SEO team to align on weekly priorities, review dashboards, and share the latest AI/SEO insights. Diving into advanced technical audits such as spotting crawl inefficiencies, Core Web Vitals issues, or schema opportunities, and working with developers to fix them. Reviewing competitor search trends and experimenting with new AI/ML-powered tools to stay ahead of SERP and AI-Search shifts. Meeting with clients to walk them through performance dashboards, explain ROI on SEO initiatives, and align on growth strategies. Brainstorming digital PR and modern link-building campaigns with your team. Partnering cross-functionally with growth, paid search, and CRO teams to make sure SEO plays a core role in SaaS acquisition and activation strategies.
