Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Early Years Facilitator to inspire and nurture students' within the framework of the Early Years Framework. The ideal candidate will integrate creative methods into the transdisciplinary themes and interdisciplinary units, fostering creativity, collaboration. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning : Plan and deliver engaging dance and music lessons aligned with CBSE Early Years standards. Facilitate inquiry-based learning that encourages students to explore their creativity and cultural diversity. Curriculum Integration : Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate creative methods into transdisciplinary themes and interdisciplinary units. Create opportunities for students to express their learning through performances and showcases. Develop assessment strategies that align with IB objectives and evaluate students’ progress effectively. . Professional Development : Stay updated with current trends in IB education Participate in professional development workshops and contribute to the school’s collaborative culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education Experience teaching in EY/Pre schools is highly desirable. Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Location: Faridabad & Gurugram
