Job Type: Full-Time Location: Dehli/ Dehli NCR Salary: Based on experience About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Developer & Project Manager with deep expertise in crypto, blockchain, and tokenization. As part of our Dubai-based startup, you will lead tokenization initiatives, manage backend systems, and ensure our in-house software infrastructure runs seamlessly. You’ll be working closely with the founding team, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge projects, while growing alongside the company. Key Responsibilities Manage all technical development and delivery of crypto and tokenization projects.. Manage and optimize our existing backend systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security. Oversee the in-house software infrastructure (servers, APIs, databases, integrations, DevOps). Maintain and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts. Evaluate and integrate AI tools and emerging technologies Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership. Identify risks or bottlenecks in projects and propose practical solutions. Document technical processes and workflows to ensure scalability. 3-5 years of experience in technical project management and development Ensure compliance with security, performance, and best practices in crypto and infrastructure. Collaborate with business teams to turn strategic goals into real, working solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a developer with strong knowledge of crypto, tokenization, and blockchain systems. Strong knowledge of React.js for building front-end user interfaces. Experience in full-stack development (PHP + React preferred). Strong understanding of automation and technologies. Ability to manage and maintain servers and IT infrastructure. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate complex technical requirements in simple, actionable terms. Preferred Skills Experience with DeFi, NFTs, Layer-2 scaling, or wallets. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of tokenization.
