Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer who can design and develop intuitive, responsive, and secure applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, a deep understanding of asynchronous operations, and the ability to perform R&D for solving complex technical problems. Skills & Requirements Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux (Saga or Thunk for async handling). Experience with Git branching strategies and version control. Knowledge of Dockers for application containerization. Experience in UI/UX design principles and ability to create intuitive user experiences. Understanding of application security practices (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows, etc.). Strong problem-solving and R&D mindset to explore new solutions. Leverage Claude AI and Cursor AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity. Good to Have (Plus Point): Exposure to AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Frontend Developer. (React-based projects preferred). Demonstrated experience in delivering production-ready applications. Ability to do independent research and present innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain responsive frontend applications using React . Implement Redux Saga/Thunk for asynchronous state management. Design and optimize user interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices . Follow Git branching strategies to ensure smooth collaboration and version control. Ensure application security by implementing best practices in frontend development. Containerize applications using Decker for consistency across environments. Conduct research and development (R&D ) to explore and integrate new frontend tools, libraries, and technologies. Collaborate with backend and testing teams to integrate frontend solutions with APIs and deployment pipelines. Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control practices.
