Srikriti aims to deliver exceptional customer service and timeless fashion staples to its clientele. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Fashion Advisor. The Fashion Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized fashion consulting to customers, utilizing in-depth product knowledge, and assisting with sales. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their fashion needs, recommending appropriate clothing items, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The role also includes maintaining store presentation and staying updated with the latest fashion trends. Qualifications Expertise in Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and recommending fashion products Ability to work on-site in a dynamic retail environment Passion for fashion and staying current with industry trends Previous experience in a retail or fashion advisory role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Fashion or related field is a plus
