About M-Prime M-Prime Advisory Services is a niche management consulting firm that supports transport- and logistics-intensive organisations in solving complex strategic and operational challenges. Since 2010, M-Prime has successfully delivered consulting assignments across mature and emerging economies, including Australia, France, Hungary, Turkey, the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, and Greece. We work with government agencies, multilateral institutions, and private sector clients on high-impact projects involving urban mobility, infrastructure strategy, logistics reform, and technology integration. The Role We are currently looking for a full-time Junior/Associate Consultant  to join our team and support the delivery of challenging and meaningful projects for our international clients. The position is open to recent graduates and early-career professionals (0–4 years of experience)  with a strong academic background and an interest in consulting, strategy, and infrastructure. The selected candidate must be based in Delhi NCR  and comfortable working from home on a daily basis, with availability for occasional in-person meetings when required. Suitable candidates should: • Have graduated in Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related Science-based discipline • Have less than 4 years of work or internship experience, preferably in consulting, public policy, infrastructure, or research • Be proficient in English (written and spoken) • Be skilled in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel • Demonstrate structured problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams What You Will Do As an M-Prime team member, you will typically work in a small group of 3–5 consultants focused on delivering high-value solutions to client priorities.
