Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and mediate disputes. Promote employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and processes. Provide coaching to managers on performance-related issues. Support the implementation of employee development plans. HR Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies. Manage employee records and documentation in line with legal requirements. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs. Implement leadership and professional development initiatives. Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate on salary benchmarking and compensation strategy. Administer employee benefits and wellness programs. HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR metrics and dashboards. Prepare HR reports for leadership and decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years). In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Why Join Ruhe?
