Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field (B.Tech required). Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversions. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with a consultative approach. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and site visits across India. Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
