Ability to deliver engaging social media campaigns as per the client requirement. Develop and executive integrated communication plans. Provide strategic counsel to key clients and serve as a trusted advisor on clients and competitors. Inform, educate, and influence existing and potential future clients directly on AVIAN We. value and positioning relative to competing agencies. Build awareness and showcase capabilities, talent, and results internally and externally. Identify global, digital, and social communications trends; educate clients/agency in understanding the importance of social media engagement. Serve as primary day-to-day contact with clients; proactively engage on issues. Participate in resource management, tracking team utilization manner. Ensure gaps or inefficiencies are identified through processes and/or technology to increase efficiency. Has developed strong problem-solving skills; can prepare and act on plan and get around roadblocks with manager support. Providing support to the practice lead in driving business growth and meeting client retention & budget targets. To proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements. To ensure that the Client reporting utilizes the right metrics, delivers robust insight, includes clear actions, and relates clearly to achievement against agreed objectives. To ensure that reports are professionally written and proofed, following all relevant quality guidelines.
