Job Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager to drive high-impact programs with precision, accountability, and ownership. This role is central to ensuring that projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives are executed seamlessly and within timelines. Key Responsibilities: Program Ownership: Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end programs across Online and D2C initiatives-spanning product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and operational rollouts. Follow-through & Execution: Ensure absolute rigor in follow-ups, task tracking, and closure of deliverables. No task should slip through the cracks. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align priorities, streamline execution, and ensure timely delivery. Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, identify roadblocks, and drive swift resolution. Maintain momentum in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, report progress to leadership, and ensure program outcomes meet or exceed expectations. People Management (Influence without Authority): Drive accountability from internal teams, external partners, and vendors-getting work done without excuses. Process Discipline: Build and enforce frameworks, SOPs, and tracking systems that ensure projects run smoothly and predictably. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in D2C, consumer tech, e-commerce, or FMCG/startup ecosystems. Execution Hustler: Strong bias for action, relentless in follow-ups, and thrives on ownership. Structured Thinker: Can break down complex programs into clear action plans with milestones and accountability. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and driving consensus. Resilience & Drive: Handles pressure, deadlines, and multiple moving parts with composure and focus. Tools Savvy: Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday, or similar). Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.
