We’re looking for a Project Manager to act as the central point of contact for all project activities—ensuring smooth coordination between different teams, stakeholders, and timelines. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Project Manager at Amaris Jewels , you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills—along with deep proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage data-driven, reporting, and process optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Management & Execution ● Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects (e.g., e-commerce integration, CRM optimization, retail expansion, inventory digitization). ● Create project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. ● Coordinate with multiple departments — sales, marketing, design, production — to align project goals. ● Conduct weekly project reviews, prepare status reports, and escalate risks when needed. 2. Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting ● Gather data from various sources (POS systems, CRM, website analytics, ERP tools). ● Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends in sales, customer behavior, product performance, etc. ● Build dashboards and reporting tools using Excel. ● Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for management. 3. Business Intelligence for Decision Support ● Support strategic decisions (e.g., new store locations, collection planning, pricing) with relevant data. ● Use predictive modeling and customer segmentation to support campaigns or launches. ● Provide analytical support for customer loyalty programs, and retail strategies. 4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination ● Serve as the bridge between technical/data teams and business units. ● Conduct regular meetings with department heads to understand data needs and project updates. 5.
