We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) —ideally with banking/credit/fintech exposure—to craft positioning, packaging, and launch motions that turn product capability into commercial outcomes. Go-to-Market & Launches: Build launch plans (tiers, goals, channels, timelines) for new features and data feeds; coordinate with Product and leadership to hit activation and pipeline targets. Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Product and Revenue on credit-based/seat-based models, bundles, and enterprise plans; run win-loss and price-sensitivity loops to refine offers. Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, ROI calculators, and demo scripts tailored to lenders, insurers, and enterprise B2B teams. Metrics & Reporting: Own a PMM scorecard—SQLs and pipeline influence, launch adoption, activation and conversion rates, content-sourced opportunities, and win-rate lift. Customer & Market Insight: Lead customer interviews, surveys, and competitive scans; maintain market maps and battlecards; feed insights back into roadmap and campaigns. Product-Led Growth Support: Collaborate on in-product onboarding, prompts, and upgrade paths; define PQL signals and partner on experiments that move free-to-paid conversion. Qualifications MBA or equivalent degree , preferably with a focus on marketing or a related field. 3–6+ years in B2B product marketing or closely related roles; banking/credit/fintech experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to craft positioning for data-heavy products and to enable enterprise/regulated sales motions. Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in measuring marketing performance. Bonus if you have dealt with large multinational corporations, insurance companies and banks. What We Offer High-ownership scope across positioning, packaging, launches, and enablement of our products. Competitive salary tied to measurable GTM impact. Ability to travel for periodic product/marketing summits in India; rapid growth path toward Head of Product Marketing
